Since the brand was traditionally outspent 4:1 by its competitors, we developed a site to inform the target about FedEx Kinko’s Print Online service. Users could interact with various hotspots to learn about the benefits of POL, register, and place orders. There were more than 120,000 unique visitors, and the 50,000 plus clicks on the various hotspots indicated that users heavily explored and engaged with the site experience. The site saw a tremendous increase in registrations and now represents a significant portion of e-commerce order volume.
